Podium Pavement Works · North Houston TX
Custom pavement stenciling for commercial properties across North Houston, ISA accessible symbols, RESERVED, VISITOR, FIRE LANE, NO PARKING, directional arrows, and stall numbers. Commercial-grade latex on asphalt or concrete.
Stenciling puts text, symbols, and directional markings directly on the pavement. It goes beyond bare stall lines to give drivers clear instructions: where to park, where not to park, which direction to travel, and which stalls are reserved for specific users. Common stencils include FIRE LANE, NO PARKING, RESERVED, VISITOR, directional arrows, stall numbers, and the International Symbol of Accessibility (ISA) for accessible stalls.
We do all stenciling with commercial-grade latex paint applied with hand-cut or machine-cut stencils. Paint holds up well in the Texas climate, it adheres to asphalt and concrete, stands up to summer heat and UV, and can be refreshed when it fades. We do not use thermoplastic or other applied materials.
We walk the lot, note all required stencil types and locations, and measure. You get a free written quote itemized by stencil type so you can choose exactly what you want.
Before painting, we confirm stencil positions and flag any ADA-related stencils (ISA symbols, NO PARKING in access aisles) that need TAS-compliant placement. Any issues get noted in writing before we start.
We apply all stencils in the same visit using commercial-grade latex. Stall numbers, arrows, reserved text, and ISA symbols are all done to size. Most stenciling jobs are complete in a single visit.
We photograph all completed stencils before leaving and walk through the job with you. You get a photo record of the finished work.
We’ll walk your lot and give you a free written estimate, no fee, no obligation. If it’s worth your time to call, it’s worth our time to come out.
We carry general liability insurance and run early-morning, after-hours, and weekend jobs to keep your lot open during business hours.
Fire lanes, ADA accessible stalls, ISA stencils, and access-aisle hash-lines done to local fire-code and Texas Accessibility Standards, not generic guesses.
Our quotes break out code-required work from cosmetic work in writing, so you know exactly what you’re paying for before we start.
The International Symbol of Accessibility (ISA) stencil on the pavement must meet TAS specifications for size and placement. TAS Section 5 requires the ISA symbol to be placed on the pavement of the accessible stall, centered in the stall, with a minimum size large enough to be visible from the drive aisle. Each accessible stall must have its own ISA stencil, a single symbol at the end of a row is not sufficient. When we apply ISA stencils, we follow the TAS size and placement requirements for every stall. We also apply ISA stencils as part of broader accessible stall marking jobs, if you need the full stall (borders, access aisle, and ISA), we can handle all of it in one visit.
We cover seven Texas counties: Montgomery, Harris, Fort Bend, Walker, Waller, Liberty, and Brazos. Jobs run throughout the region, from The Woodlands south to Houston, from Katy east to Kingwood and Cleveland.
Price depends on your lot’s specific conditions. Below are the main factors that affect the quote. We don’t publish flat rates because every job is different, a free written estimate is the only way to get an accurate number.
We paint most standard parking lot stencils: FIRE LANE, NO PARKING, RESERVED, VISITOR, LOADING ZONE, STAFF ONLY, COMPACT, EV CHARGING ONLY, directional arrows (straight, turn, and combined), stall numbers, and the ISA accessibility symbol. If you need a custom text stencil, ask us, we can typically accommodate unusual requests with a lead time.
Cost depends on the number and type of stencils. A simple set of arrows and RESERVED text for a small lot costs less than a full stenciling job at a large retail center. We provide free written estimates itemized by stencil type so you can see exactly what you’re getting.
Commercial latex stencils on asphalt typically last 2 to 4 years in North Houston conditions. High-traffic areas (FIRE LANE text on a frequently used drive lane) fade faster than low-traffic reserved stalls. Texas sun is harder on paint than in northern climates.
Yes. If the existing stall lines are in acceptable condition, we can apply new stencils without touching the rest of the lot. We’ll note whether the surrounding lines are consistent enough to leave as-is during the site visit.
TAS does not specify a fixed dimension for the ISA stencil size, but requires that it be placed on the stall pavement and be clearly visible. Standard commercial practice for parking lots uses a symbol that fills a reasonable portion of the stall width. We follow TAS placement and sizing guidance on every ISA stencil job.
We provide a written quote itemized by stencil type before any work starts, flag any ADA-related stencils that need TAS-compliant placement, and document all completed stencils with photos. Stenciling is included in the same visit as a restripe at no additional trip charge.
