The honest answer is that it depends on the size of your lot, the condition of the pavement, and how much stencil and layout work the job needs. There is no single sticker price, but the ranges below reflect what commercial lots actually run across North Houston and the rest of our service area.
Two lots the same size can price differently. A clean restripe over an existing layout is mostly labor and paint. A new layout on blank asphalt adds measuring, chalk work, and more material, and that gap is the single biggest thing that moves your number.
We’ve quoted everything from single-tenant pads like a Starbucks location to full strip-mall lots, so the ranges below come from real jobs rather than a generic price chart.
A useful way to think about price. Restriping an existing layout often runs somewhere around $4 to $9 per stall. A new layout on blank asphalt usually runs more, closer to $8 to $15 or higher per stall, because the measuring and layout take real time.
Small lots carry a minimum charge, so a 20 to 40 stall restripe often lands anywhere from a few hundred dollars to roughly $1,500. Larger lots with stencils, ADA stalls, and fire lanes climb into the thousands. Square footage alone does not tell the whole story.
Stencils like arrows and ISA symbols are usually priced per piece. Fire lane and curb work is quoted by the linear foot. Heavy surface prep, oil spots, or phased work on an occupied lot all push the number up.
The only accurate way to price your lot is to look at it. Call us at (281) 826-2527 or send your address and we will put together a written estimate. In our core North Houston service area we come measure in person; for lots farther out we can quote remotely from your measurements and photos. That covers parking lot striping in Conroe, Cypress, The Woodlands, Spring, Humble, Tomball, Kingwood, and the surrounding area. We are insured, and every estimate is put in writing before we start.
