What the Code Requires

Public-accommodation areas of an HOA, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, amenities, fall under the ADA and Texas Accessibility Standards. Stall ratio is 1 accessible per 25 stalls minimum on those lots. Resident-only parking has different rules. Fire-lane access around amenity buildings follows the International Fire Code where applicable.
